In today's episode, Daryl shares the story of his recent solo unsupported trek up in the north,  one that he seeked out and one that changed him. He talks about how he had to consciously decide to accept support from the locals and how much their simple acts of kindness meant to him. Daryl shares about the challenges he faced along the way, which began at the very beginning of his adventure. 

Daryl is an everyday human striving to be a better than yesterday.  He is learning and discovering more about himself and the world around him as he runs, bikes, explores and enjoys the adventures in the wild outdoors.  Daryl looks for challenges and embraces the resilience that comes about from enduring the uncomfortable.  He observes others that challenge themselves in all sorts of ways and that spurs him to stay on the path and maybe even provide motivation to others to experience the fulfilment a challenge or adventure can bring.
